The hotel owners Alan, June and Tracey Tyerman offer a truly home atmosphere, where the staff will receive you with a smile. The hotel is only 200 metres from Meadfoot Bay, a beautiful beach which holds the coveted EC Blue flag for cleanliness. We offer free car park and operates a totally NON-SMOKING policy. You can relax in our enormous Television Lounge available for guests to use at any time or enjoy the company of friends in the Bar Lounge. In the Television Lounge you will also find a selection of books to read and board games. All rooms preserve the style and decoration from the Victorian era with sash bay windows, high ceilings and decorative cornices and doorways. They have en-suite bathrooms with bath or shower. We offer standard double, twin and single rooms. The hotel can accommodate up to 5 people in room. A double and two single rooms are located on the ground floor. The rooms on the second floor have direct access to the garden or a balcony. At the restaurant we offer home-cooking, where the fresh ingredients and vegetables are used to prepare traditional dishes. We can cater for the vegetarian as well. Each day of the week we have a different menu inviting you to choose from a choice of meat, fish, vegetarian or salad.
