Roban House is a small friendly guest house with accommodation within easy walking distance of the centre of Bath. The hotel has luxury rooms, many en-suite, with wireless broadband, TV, DVD, tea and coffee-making facilities. On-street parking is available near the house. A maximum of 10 minutes walk from the centre of Bath, and from the bus and train stations, we offer the most convenient solution for your stay. We provide a complimentary pre-packed breakfast (cereal, milk, juice, muffins, biscuits, tea/coffee/chocolate) for executive and en-suite rooms (available at an extra charge of £3.50 pp in standard rooms). Our standard grade rooms are in a self-contained annexe 10 minutes walk from the main house, and even closer to the city centre. The annexe has easy on-street parking and a lounge and kitchenette with fridge, kettle and microwave. The three annexe rooms share a bathroom and separate cloakroom. We can arrange discounts on the tourist attractions and the Spa, or organise early check-in or late check out for you (additional charges may apply). We'll contact you after your booking to confirm details about accommodation, check-in, parking,or any other special requirements. Our free wireless broadband internet service means you can catch up on your emailing or surfing - you need to bring your own wireless-equipped laptop or PDA.

Check-in is between 3 pm and 7 pm and check out between 8.30 am and 10 am except by prior arrangement. Reception is not permanently manned so you need to make arrangements in advance with us if you wish to check in or out at other times.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted. Children over the age of 12 are permitted if accompanied by a responsible adult.

We do not permit rooms to be shared by more than the number of people booked.
