From French Impressionism, Pointillism and Fauvism (including works by Monet, Renoir, Degas, Cézanne, Toulouse-Lautrec, Braque and Matisse) to the masterpieces of groups of expressionist artists Die Brücke and Der Blaue Reiter (including paintings by Kirchner, Kandinsky and Nolde) and then the Russian avant-garde and numerous works by Pablo Picasso.
This permanent exhibition presents all the revolutionary ideas of modernism
