Liechtenstein Museums Wilfersdorf: Hans Huysza resigns
When it comes to preserving our historical roots, one name should not be missing: Hans Huysza.
OBERSULZ/WILFERSDORF. As early as 1997, the idea of founding a Weinviertel Museumsbund came up. After a few studies and potential analyses, it was actually founded in 2001. In 2014, the association reached its maximum number of members and shaped the museum landscape of the Weinviertel under the name “Bernsteinstrasse” with its mascot “Betty Bernstein”.
Hans Huysza was there from the start. At the annual general meeting, the honorary chairman and scientific director of the Liechtenstein Museum Wilfersdorf is now resigning from his position on the board. He is succeeded by the new chairman of the culture and tourism association, Horst Obermayer.
During the speeches, Hans Huysza earned thanks and recognition from all members for his long work and tireless commitment. Hans Huysza gladly accepted the request to continue making his expertise available as an advisory board member.
As a small thank you, Angela Baumgartner and Hannes Steinacker hand over a certificate and a suitable gift for the passionate cyclist.
