The ninth annual Travel Photographer of the Year competition saw thousands of entries from around the globe, with European photographers bringing their A-game in all award fields. The Young Travel Photographer of the Year award went to 17-year-old German photographer Arne Hansen for his portfolio on how human travel effects the Earth.
