Food Files - Berlin's Currywurst Museum
On the food front in Germany, there's nothing more iconic than currywurst - traditional pork sausage served with special curry-tomato sauce. For better or wurst, Berlin has even dedicated an entire museum to this delicious culinary staple, displaying its history, variety and popularity to visiting masses. Adventurous globetrotter and travel blogger Yvonne Zagermann of Just Travelous digs into the exceptional Berlin institution that is the Currywurst Museum.

Artistic Diversion - Paris
The Louvre may get a lot of art-lovers attention in Paris, but there's a world of splendid art spots beyond the borders of this illustrious institution. We at Europe Cities like to mention when Paris gets any special art exhibitions on at varying galleries throughout the city, but in all honesty you don’t need to wait for a special exhibition.  Paris is full of art – it’s part of the culture.  And we’d like to make a few suggestions of less well-known galleries and museums that might surprise you.

A Weekend in - Copenhagen
Winter chill may have settled in Copenhagen, but bright lights, chic culinary spots, and imaginative urban design worthy of Hans Christian Andersen makes cold cool in the Danish capital. Sara Clemence visits the cool Nordic capital and find that the city is full of hygge (a Danish word for 'coziness') this time of the year.

Building History - Vienna’s Hofburg (Imperial Forum)
History is ever present in Vienna's urban landscape, especially in the architectural ensemble of the centre, where elaborate Baroque structures rub shoulders with new-age monuments. The Hofburg Palace - the former imperial residence build between the 13th and 19th century - is a grand representation of the city's heritage as it portrays the architectural periods of Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, Art Nouveau, Classicism and even the Wilhelminian era. Denise Pulis, the author of The Art of Slow Travel.com, takes her time exploring one of Austria's most amazing historical landmarks.
