Favoriten is a district situated 3 km southeast of the city centre. The most famous attraction of the area is Wasserturm (Water Tower). However you may also visit St. Anton von Padua church and Spinnerin am Kreuz – the monument designed by Michael Knab. The area is greatly linked with all parts of Vienna by underground, bus and tram lines.
