Academie
Koninklijke Academie voor Schone Kunsten is situated in the city centre of Antwerp on the street called Mutsaardstraat. In the vicinity of this area, you’ll find plenty of attractions. First of all, you should see the town square, called Grote Markt, which is a famous landmark. There’s a pretty fountain known as Brabo in the middle of this square. Next, we recommend a visit to Our Lady’s Cathedral, which stands near marvellous Groenplaats Square, the Town Hall and the Steen, which is a small but picturesque castle located close to the Schelde River. At present, it hosts the National Maritime Museum. Furthermore, many travellers go to Butcher’s Hall or the Stock Exchange.
