Congres
Congres is located in the city centre of Brussels just steps away from major financial institutions and governmental offices. In the very heart of the quarter you may see Colonne du Congres monument. It is a column commemorating first Belgian king Leopold I and constitution from 1830. There is also a tomb of Unknown Soldier on the square.
