Schöneberg
Schöneberg is a district located south from the city centre between Tempelhof and Wilmersdorf. The area has all the possible connections with other parts of Berlin. Besides Schoeneberg has also some hotspots. Schoeneberg Rathaus was the main town hall of West Berlin. On the 26th of June 1963 US President John Keneedy told here on Rudolf-Wilde-Platz a very famous sentence: “Ich bin ein Berliner”. The other person associated with Schoeneberg is a German singer and actress Marlene Dietrich. Her grave may be found on local tiny cemetery Friedhof Stubenrauchstrasse. But Schoeneberg is not only the history and art. There is also marvellous Botanic Garden and no matter what type of weather you experience during your stay, you have to see it.
