Kreuzberg
The most interesting place to see in Kreuzberg is Checkpoint Charlie. It used to be a border crossing point between American and Russian zone (that is between West and East Berlin). There is still a soldier’s point on Friedrichstrasse and there is a Wall Museum (Mauermuseum) on the crossing of Friedrichstrasse and Kochstrasse. Apart from it there is a flower marketplace in Kreuzberg between Linden- and Friedrichstrasse. On the southern side Kreuzberg borders with Tempelhof Airport that is one of three main Berlin airports.
