Waterloo
Waterloo Square is the heart of Waterloo district. In the XIXth century there was a Jewish market on the square. Unfortunately during the Second World War most Jews perished and the district changed a lot. At present one of the most famous flea markets is situated here. In addition to that Waterloo is in the very centre of Amsterdam and as a result most of attractions are just steps away from it.
