Matiko - Castanos
Matiko and Castaños are both situated 1 km northwest of the city centre. The major attraction of the area is Artxanda Funicular Railway. It departs from Castaños street and operates from 07.00 till 22.00 everyday. It will take you quickly to the top of Archanda Hill and as a result you have a chance to enjoy marvellous panoramic view of Bilbao.
