Palacio
The Royal Palace of the Borbons, today known as the Royal Palace, or Palacio de Oriente (Palace of Orient), even though it is standing on the western part of Madrid, is a towering structure that has already 250 years of history and it is considered to be one of the best in Europe. The building occupies a square area of 135,000 metres and has a flawless appearance both inside and outside. The gardens are beautiful, especially in blossom. It is not just the size of everything. The bronze sculptures of the rococo style, as well as many other decorations are going to amaze you. Add to these, china from China, but also from the best Spanish furnaces and style by Sevres. Most of the decorations come from the Royal Factory of the Ganja. The Palace is open to the public and it is one of the sites which you must not miss when coming to Spain.
