The Cannes Film Festival begins this Tuesday, May 17. In Toulouse, cinemas are organizing special screenings for the occasion. Tonight, the American Cosmograph will broadcast the preview of Michel Hazanavicius’ latest film. On May 27, 28 and 29, the Gaumont Wilson cinema is showing around fifteen films from the selection.
The Cannes Film Festival invites itself to Toulouse cinemas. This Tuesday, May 17, when the Croisette will begin to roll out its mythical red carpet, moviegoers in the Pink City will also be able to enjoy an experience full of rhinestones and glitter at theAmerican cosmographer.
About fifteen films from the selection will be shown at the Gaumont Wilson cinema.
From May 27 to 29, 2022, it’s cinema Gaumont Wilson which will take over by broadcasting about fifteen films from this year’s festival selection. The complex is one of the chosen few to be able to watch these screenings in its dark room well before their official release. There are only five Gaumont complexes in France to benefit from these previews: Paris, Rennes, Lyon and Nantes, and therefore Toulouse. The list of films that will be broadcast has not yet been revealed. It will be announced a few days before the cinematographic operation.
