The Old Town is the hub of Nice's nightlife scene, as it's packed with all kinds of venues, from pubs and bars to
numerous nightclubs. Going to a nightclub, however, isn’t going to be a cheap night out. If you decide to go to Le Grand Escurial with the biggest dance floor in all of the French Riviera, or Wayne's, often featuring live concerts, be prepared to spend quite a sum. Some of the clubs have a unique atmosphere, for example Le Ghost is a dance club with a truly ghostly decor with red and black plush couches and other frightful attributes. L'ambassade, where the young elite from Nice parties, is for more sophisticated clientele, and Blue Boy Enterprise is a club with one of the longest traditions in town, popular both with gay and straight revellers.
