Foreign students in Italy
Most students in Italy choose to find their own housing, often by checking the university notice board where the latest accommodations can easily be found. Some, however, decide to dwell in student hotels that can be found in many Italian cities. For female students, it is increasingly popular to live with a family and take up childcare. ‘The Guide for Foreign Students” providing detailed information on student hostels and other students facilities is available from the Italian Ministry of Education. In some universities there are offices which give assistance to international students.
