This one is for the culture buffs - a day trip to Lausanne, the cultural capital of Switzerland. There is free time to follow your heart's desire - museums, galleries, or a stroll by the lake, the choice is all yours. In the afternoon, visit one of Switzerland's most famous monuments - the magnificent Castle of Chillon.
This tour is seasonal and only operates from April through to November.
Lausanne, cultural center of Switzerland, is a beautiful city built on hills. After an orientation tour you will enjoy free time either for strolling around the Lake shore or for visiting the Olympic Museum. In the afternoon, driving through the canton of Vaud and along the lake passing by the famous towns of Vevey and Montreux, the coach takes us to the Castle Of Chillon, one of the most famous monuments of this country, where we will do a guided tour. After the visit, we will board on a traditional paddle boat for a little cruise on the lake to admire the Castle of Chillon and the Vaudois bank from an original point of view. We will reach Montreux where you will have free time to walk around in the streets, by the lake or to do some shopping. Drinks will be offered to customers on the bus
