HOTEL DESCRIPTION
This hotel is renowned for its relaxing situation and atmosphere. The owners will welcome you personally, and serve breakfast at your table. Here, you will quickly feel at home in the Belgian Ardennes. In the hotel, built in 1837, you will feel the air of yester year all around. It offers 8 different, romantic rooms, of which 3 with balconies. All are tastefully decorated and furnished with residents' comfort in mind. The rooms on the 1st floor have new upholstering and bathrooms (2006). The hotel offers a salon with fireplace, a small library and a sunny terrace. It is situated in its own grounds with ancient trees and an open air swimming pool. There is a free car park in front of the main entrance, for residents' use only. You will find this small paradise at only 1.5 km from the Thermes and the centre of Spa. Nearby, you will find numerous hiking- and mountainbike routes, an 18-hole golfcourse, ski- and langlaufloipes, a tennis court, horse riding facilities, the Casino and the many cosy restaurants of Spa. The Formula-1 racetrack Spa-Francorchamps is only 10 minutes by car, as well as the charming towns of Malmedy and Stavelot. The owners speak English, French, German and Dutch. Half board is possible after consultation; a three course dinner as from € 26.50 per person. The hotel is open all year. Reduced prices as from 2 nights. Low season tariff from January till end of March.
