HOTEL DESCRIPTION
Parthenis Hotel is a comfortable, friendly hotel. All rooms have en-suite facilities, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, mini bar and satellite TV. There is also a bar, lounge, television lounge, restaurant and car park in the hotel. The hotel is situated 18kms south of Athens city centre, directly on the coastline known as the Greek Riviera. The nearby town of Glyfada has an abundance of high class international fashion shops, shopping malls, supermarkets and bargain hunter's souvenir shops. If you enjoy eating out you will be spoilt for choice as there are many Greek tavernas, pizzerias and restaurants offering European and eastern cuisine to choose from. Additionally there are bars, discos, cinemas and snooker/pool halls to entertain you. Or why not be lazy and soak up the sun and sea air on the excellent beach directly opposite the hotel. For guests with an interest in history and culture a bus from outside the hotel will take you to the centre on Athens in approximately 30 minutes. The friendly staff at reception can arrange coach tours to areas of interest on the mainland and various cruises to the many Greek Islands. If you are feeling energetic there is a walk along the coast (leading to Voula Town), gymnasiums, a first-class golf course open to non-members, tennis courts, go kart racing, deep-sea diving nearby.
