Located in the heart of Viareggio's promenade, just meters from the Pine Forest Park and minutes away from the city's center. Villa Tina is one of the best architectural examples from the 1900 Liberty style. Adorned by the splendid breakfast room facing the Promenade, with comforting rooms front or lateral sea view. Villa Tina is the ideal place for a serene vacation in sunny coastal Versilia. Between 1800 and 1900, many residences were established in Viareggio for vacationing. Villa Tina is one of the most splendid examples of rich decorum and is highly regarded for esteemed quality. It was planned in 1928 by the florentine architect Mario Padovani commissioned for Mario Padovani. The architecture reflects a prevailing neoclassical and renaissance style. Inside, every surrounding has it's appropriate style. The sumptuous lobby heralds the prestigous semicircular white marble staircase with a splendid railing in hammered iron. The dining room is decorated in wood, with gracious windows, elegantly adorned small (private) neorococo dining rooms. The floor is a splendid mosaic, stucco and ornate molding adorns the ceiling and painted panels, praised is the furniture and stained glass windows and rich are the Murano glass chandeliers. In 1963 the villa was transformed or adopted as a hotel and a second floor was added.
