HOTEL DESCRIPTION
Thornton Hall Hotel, now an elegant 4 star country hotel, was once the home of a wealthy Shipping Merchant, the building is believed to be approximately 130 years old. The Hall became a hotel in 1954 and retains many of the origional features including Wood Carvings and an ornate Leather and Mother of Pearl ceiling in the Restaurant. The hotel is set in seven acres of grounds and our Superior Garden Rooms boast panoramic views of the grounds and surrounding countryside. The hotel leisure club offers the most up to date fitness equipment, 20 metre pool, sauna, solarium, steam room, Beauty Spa hosting various treatments rooms and Hair Spa.
