HOTEL DESCRIPTION
The Fountain Court Apartments, Edinburgh is a block of modern apartments situated in historic Edinburgh, half a mile from the shops of Princes Street and 1.5 miles from Edinburgh Castle in the city's vibrant West End. The 27 apartments are spread over five floors and feature simple contemporary decor with light wood furnishings. All include fully equipped fitted kitchens with integrated hobs and ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators freezers, microwaves and washer dryers, as well as cable television, CD players, and wireless Internet access. Upon arrival guests at Fountain Court Apartments receive a welcome pack with bread, preserves, butter, breakfast cereals, fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits.

Guests of Fountain Court Apartments in Edinburgh have use of a computer room equipped with an Internet ready PC, deskjet printer and a free supply of paper. Dry cleaning and luggage storage services are offered. Guests enjoy a discount at the nearby Virgin Active fitness centre. Private parking is provided for a surcharge, but is limited and cannot be reserved in advance.

Many of the city's attractions can be found within two miles of the apartments including Edinburgh Zoo and Edinburgh Dungeon, and Holyrood Palace is three miles away. Edinburgh Airport (EDI) is 20 minutes by car, eight miles (13 kilometres) from the hotel.

Due to construction work next to the property, parking is limited, and cannot be reserved in advance. A NCP car park is situated nearby in Morrison Street.
Construction work will be ongoing until December 2008.
