The object of AmCham Belgium is to further economic and business relations between the two countries, United States of America and Belgium. The institution may undertake any and all activities that are directly or indirectly related to its object, including: - hiring and dismissal of personnel, - editing and diffusion of letters and other publications, - purchasing, selling, and leasing of real and personal property, - organisation of conferences and seminars, - communicating Chamber views through the media, - carrying out studies and research projects, - investing its assets and contracting loan; participating in the activities of other non-profit organisations.

The Association is dealing with improvement of business and investment for US firms and organisations not only in Belgium but in the whole European Union. It helps to run business for American and other companies by networking and sharing experiences.

The American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium is situated in the heart of Europe and provides its members with a regular access to Belgian, EU and US government authorities and corporate leaders. Its services are all dedicated to help members do better business in Belgium.
