Torquay has lots to offer to the travellers.The Newburgh Hotel has been recently refurbished. We aplied for the Visit Britain Quality Rating and we were awarded a Three Diamond rating in February 2005,we received 64% (to obtain a three diamond rating you are required to reach a score of between 50-69%). We are a family run guesthouse, tastefully and comfortably decorated, offering a friendly welcome at all times. For any special occasion, such as anniversary or Valentines a welcoming bouquet of flowers can be arranged. The Newburgh is 100 % a non smoking guesthouse. We do not accept bookings from stag or hen parties. The hotel is located in a quiet road at the seafront end, nestled among a short terrace of early Victorian building. Only 280 metres from the beach, approximately 90 metres from the Riviera centre and a few minutes from Torquay`s fabulous harbour. Dartmoor and the fantastic South Devon coastline are there to be discovered, too. This ideal guesthouse is waiting for you for a full fortnight, week, long weekend or short midweek break.The Newburgh is just next to the train and coach station.
