Our Lodge is an ideal base for your holiday. Close to Bowness and Windermere in the heart of the Lake District. Ambleside and Keswick are only a short drive away, among excellent mountain scenery. Grasmere and Dove Cottage, the home of William Wordsworth, are just 20 minutes away, so wherever you choose to go, visit is posible.The lively village of Bowness and the shores of Lake Windermere where you can take a cruise or hire a rowing boat, are also in close proximity. Numerous pubs and restaurants are waiting for you. We offer own private off-road parking and own garden where guests can relax. We are 100 % a non-smiking hotel which doesn't accept families with children under 8 years old.
