The hotel is situated between Windermere village and the lake, close to many prublic amenities including The Beatrix Potter. We operate exclusively non-smoking policy. We are proud of the Three Diamond category and the Three red AA Diamonds award for excellence. St John`s offers the largest choice of breakfast menu in Windermere: cereals and fresh fruit, a good selection of traditional English breakfasts, and 30 other tasty dishes including vegetarian, continental, fresh fish and plenty of house speciality dishes. To our guests we offer free temporary membership to a local luxury leisure club (only 2 minutes by car). There you will find a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. At St John`s Lodge guests could enjoy free internet access, for laptop owners, radio connexion is available or you can simply plug in and use ADSL technology. Car parking for about 6 cars in front of the building, there is a free parking lot opposite and plenty of free street parking. Children over 6 years of age are welcome. Check-in and out time: check in between 2pm and 9pm; check out - 10am. NOTE: No Pets; minimum TWO nights stay in the weekends: Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday. Three nights minimum all Bank Holidays!!!
